On Wednesday was a successful training for me. The trainer was the best I have ever seen . He is kind, humble, and knows how to explain things in detail. I was able to learn how to repair printers, card readers, and minor servicing. The challenges at hand now are software related issues like screen lock and getting lock code faster for k11. Another major challenge will be how to get the parts like Charging por, lcd, batteries, and printer in case the serviced one didn't work. I must appreciate the team for the job well done 👏
